About TC Eggington's: 

T.C. Eggington’s Brunchery has been serving up an “eggstra” special breakfast, lunch and brunch in Mesa, Arizona since 1985, featuring award-winning traditional family recipes all made from scratch using only the freshest ingredients. Indulge in their famous “English Toast” of fresh-baked cinnamon bread dipped in their custard-rich batter or their Crab-Stuffed Pastries, Apple Streusel Walnut Muffins or Smoothie Shoogles. Enjoy their garden-fresh salads including their Waldorf Chicken with homemade apple cider dressing, soup made-from-scratch every single day and satisfying sandwiches served with TC’s salad of the day.
