Throughout her career her focus has always been on working to ensure both the academic and social emotional needs of students are addressed\, ensuring them a pathway for success. She is committed to empowering youth with the tools\, training\, and knowledge they need to perform optimally day in and day out. Through the use of evidence-based strategies\, she is able to help youth with a variety of performance skills ranging from mindset and motivation to improving focus and concentration\, handling performance errors\, imagery\, developing confidence and mental toughness.
