We are seeking a detail-oriented office operations professional to serve as the point person who facilitates the success of our client experience and advisor support team. The right person for this role can manage 3 - 4 people with excellence as well as see tasks through to the finish. This position covers a wide range of responsibilities including, but are not limited to:


• Serve as ‘doer’ and ‘leader’ and has the skill of empowering accountability

• Interacts daily with a high level of professionalism on the phone, video conferencing, in-person and / or via email with clients and advisors

• Researching client issues and service-related items

• Processes and follows up on opening, transferring, and maintaining investment accounts

• Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) database for financial advisors • Prepare investment portfolio and performance reports to utilize in client appointments

• Communicate with the broker/dealer and investment companies for service-related items

• Organize, coordinate, and maintain client paperwork within our approved imaging system

• Perform other duties as assigned Requirements & Experience:

• 7+ years experience in financial services and 5+ years experience leading people

• Well versed in all aspects of the broker/dealer landscape; tech, products, & services

• Highly detail oriented • Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• FINRA licenses required (Series 7, 63/65 or 66)

• Experience with CRM software (Redtail), video conferencing, Microsoft applications, NetX360, eMoney, MoneyGuide Pro, Albridge, Box


Job Type: Full Time

Annual Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 (offer will vary based on experience)
