Notice is hereby given that sealed responses will be received by the Purchasing Division, City of Mesa until the date and time cited above. Responses received by the correct date and time will be opened publicly and read aloud by the Purchasing Division’s Procurement Administrator (or designated representative). This RFI contains preliminary information to serve as a means of gathering information from the vendor community and should not be construed as a Solicitation for applications or as an obligation on the part of the City of Mesa (CITY).

Acknowledgment of receipt of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified of the CITY’s assessment of the information received.  However, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims against the CITY shall arise as a result of a response to this RFI or the CITY’s use of such information as either part of its evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement.  Any proprietary information should be marked as such.


Please read the entire package and submit the response in accordance with the instructions.  This document (less this invitation and the instructions) and any required response documents, attachments, and submissions will constitute the response.
