Donor Preparation:

• #1 deferral for women is low iron. Women begin eating iron rich foods.
• Begin drinking lots of water – hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
• Eat prior to donation (no fasting)
• Bring Photo ID reflecting first and last names
• Visit restroom prior to beginning the donation process
• Donors may take their health history the day of donations – see below.

Regarding Fast Track: Simply log on day of donation and follow the prompts. When completed either print out the boarding pass or snap a picture of the QR code for our staff to scan.
