She works with service-based business owners who are ready to move beyond dabbling with AI and start using it to run leaner, smarter operations. Her approach is grounded in real business experience: before Strategy Ninjas, Lisa built and sold a seven-figure company, and she brings that operator perspective into every workshop, training, and client engagement she touches. Lisa has trained hundreds of business owners and professionals across industries including real estate, and she's on a mission to make AI fluency accessible to the people actually running businesses, not just talking about them. She also co-leads Hello Culture Gilbert, a community for female entrepreneurs in the East Valley.
