Heal the Hero Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity that exists to address our mental health crisis by reimagining mental wellness and resilience for first responders. 

We equip police departments, fire departments, EMS and more with the tools and resources they need to perform at the highest level, feel physically and mentally healthy, and create better conditions for first responders and communities to work together.
