Business Development and Lending
NEDCO is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) Community Development Financial Institution created to provide economic opportunity in communities that lack access to appropriate credit. NEDCO’s focus is low- and moderate- income communities in the Valley of the Sun. We provide financing to businesses through microlending to start-up and expanding businesses and technical assistance services to entrepreneurs and small business owners in low- and moderate-income communities. NEDCO is dedicated to promoting and supporting creative placemaking and collaborative economic and community development initiatives to help build and grow vibrant, sustainable, and prosperous communities.
