I am a financial advisor who specializes in 401(k) and 403(b) retirement plans. Education is the name of the game. I work with business owners and educate them on the countless options they have when offering a retirement benefit, and help them create the right plan for the business and the employees.

No one is taught how to retire, so I work one-on-one with the employees to help them understand saving and investing and take the fear out of retirement readiness.

Mr. Berge the owner of Berge VW, Berge Mazda, Fiesta Lincoln, Bell Ford, Bell Lexus, Arrowhead Lexus, and Desert Toyota, started the business in 1972. At the age of 83, he is still at the dealership every day.  We take pride in providing a great buying experience.  

Tamera Martin is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in the legal, real estate, and media marketing industries. As Director of Business Operations at Copper Sky Contracting, she leverages her expertise and strategic insight to drive growth and operational success. Outside of work, Tamera enjoys quality time with her family, especially her four beloved grandchildren.

Michelle retired from the corporate world in Virginia, traveled the country full-time in an RV, and settled in Mesa for the sun. She began her business in 2019 as a designer and baker of custom cakes and cupcakes for all occasions. Her forte is establishing rapport with and listening to clients to make their cake dreams come true.  Her specialties are wedding and corporate cakes and cupcakes.
