Mike started his energy career in 1988 studying and successfully qualifying in the United States Nuclear Power Program. His first assignment was a Navy pre-commissioning unit responsible for installation, testing and commissioning of nuclear reactor power plant systems onboard USS George Washington during new construction. After his navy career Mike spent a decade serving semiconductor manufactures in the southwest and then a decade serving homeowners as a Certified Mortgage Planner and Mortgage Loan Originator.

Today Mike uses the disciplines learned in the energy and mortgage industries to bring attention to detail, full transparency, integrity and value into every solar energy project.

Mike sets his business apart by partnering with the very best cost of goods model and project development resources. He also partners with traditional finance platforms that deliver far better value to the buyer than the typical solar industry financing options.

Eric is President of AIS Enterprises Inc. and Owner of SpeedPro Mesa-Gilbert.  They specialize in premium, large format digital graphics for signs, banners, retractable banner stands, vehicle wraps and more.

Eric has 26 years of transportation and logistics management background where he held leadership positions in operations, project management, and strategic development. He graduated from the University of Toledo with a BA in business administration and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Manufacturing Expert. After spending time in supply chain operations with large corporations, Eric decided to utilize his corporate experience towards the challenge of owning a new business. SpeedPro was everything he was looking for in terms of operating a business; exemplary service, building strong customer relationships, producing top quality products, and offering a product that will help others build their businesses. Jimmy G's opened in West Mesa near the corner of Southern and Alma School on May 2nd, 2022.  Jimmy G's very quickly serves Salads and Pastas with homemade dressings and sauces.
