Dan is a business strategist, entrepreneur, Intrapreneur, and corporate board director who currently holds the position of Founder, CEO, and Chief Strategist at ZENDEV Strategy, an all-inclusive strategic consultancy, risk management, and coaching firm dedicated to streamlining transformation processes to uplift individuals and their businesses. The firm has recently expanded its capabilities by acquiring a learning management system that offers course certifications. Alongside this, ZENDEV Strategy operates its own insurance brokerage to strategically manage and transfer risks on behalf of its clientele, with Dan leading as the Chief Compliance and Guidance Officer.

Mike started his energy career in 1988 studying and successfully qualifying in the United States Nuclear Power Program. His first assignment was a Navy pre-commissioning unit responsible for installation, testing and commissioning of nuclear reactor power plant systems onboard USS George Washington during new construction. After his navy career Mike spent a decade serving semiconductor manufactures in the southwest and then a decade serving homeowners as a Certified Mortgage Planner and Mortgage Loan Originator.
Today Mike uses the disciplines learned in the energy and mortgage industries to bring attention to detail, full transparency, integrity and value into every solar energy project.

Eric has 26 years of transportation and logistics management background where he held leadership positions in operations, project management, and strategic development. He graduated from the University of Toledo with a BA in business administration and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Manufacturing Expert. After spending time in supply chain operations with large corporations, Eric decided to utilize his corporate experience towards the challenge of owning a new business.
