When I was 14, I witnessed a man collapse on the sidewalk and I wasn't able to help. That moment stayed with me. Years later, I found myself in Afghanistan serving as a U.S. Army Combat Medic with the 571st MP Company during OEF. Under fire, I treated wounded and was awarded the Combat Medic Badge. That experience shaped my life, and I became someone who runs toward people in need.

After my military service, I continued that mission volunteering in my community and earning a degree in psychology, a masters in Physician Assistant Studies, and practicing as a PA. While working and volunteering, I saw a major need for help balancing financial priorities, including charitable giving, and that led me to become a financial advisor.

Although I work with many different types of people, I find I work best with successful individuals and families who want more than just investment advice. In addition to a secure retirement, my client's values are important to them, and they want to leave a legacy that lasts, for their family and for the causes that matter most. As a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®), I help clients integrate retirement planning, wealth strategy, tax-efficient giving, legacy planning into one cohesive plan.

I'm proud to serve my community through the Rotary Club of Mesa as president elect. We focus on community service projects, fund raising for people in need and making Mesa a place I love to live. I live in Mesa with my wife Kristal, and our two children. We enjoy desert gardening, trail running and collecting basketball cards.
