About House of Refuge: 

House of Refuge is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is providing transitional housing and supportive services to homeless families. House of Refuge is not only a transitional program, but also a social services and work program. Experienced staff are here to assist every participant in the successful transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency. Situated on nearly 20 acres in Southeast Mesa, their program offers 80 two-bedroom single family homes which allows for family-friendly environment to program residents. On any given day approximately 100 adults and 150 children call House of Refuge “home.” Many come from a history of domestic violence and children often are the innocent victims. To House of Refuge, a safe home and community is vital.
