Flancer's is family owned and operated, offering genuine comfort food with sublime and stimulating twists! Over time things change, so they upgraded their already quality ingredients and time tested recipes to keep your senses excited with mindfulness to your well-being. When possible, they rework their classic recipes to keep calories and sodium down without losing the taste you love. And over time some things don’t change, like using the best fresh quality ingredients, locally grown when possible. They use butter not margarine, real vanilla, not imitation and for theiroils, they only use canola and olive. Their turkeys are on the bone and oven baked from scratch. They enjoy making almost every item on their menu including baking their bread in-house, the old fashioned and authentic way, like they always have. That’s why you visit their restaurant and they are totally cool with that!
