Arizona Sustainability Alliance (AZSA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit action and advocacy alliance that aims to create and support cutting-edge, project-based sustainability solutions in Arizona through civic engagement, collaboration, and education. AZSA empowers Arizona citizens to work together toward more verdant, equitable, and sustainable communities. Corporate volunteers will engage in activities like removing invasive plant species, planting pollinators, and clearing trash to promote a healthy ecosystem and improve the Rio Salado Habitat Restoration Area's aesthetics. In addition, an informational session with multiple booths will educate volunteers on AZSA's ongoing projects, featuring guest speakers who will highlight the significance of planting pollinators and removing invasive species in desert ecosystems. Food options will also be provided during the session.
