What began as a neighborhood convenience store within the Garfield Historic Neighborhood quickly found itself selling more burritos and tacos from its limited "to go" only kitchen, than grocery goods. To that end, Rito and Rosemary Salinas decided to pivot the Rito's concept into a take out only Mexican Food establishment that has served the "Valley Of The Sun" time honored family recipes spanning generations. Rosemary and Rito have since passed the company on to their daughter Charlotte who embodies the same work ethic her parents instilled within in her over the course of their careers. Like a true family owned business Charlotte works along side her sister, nieces, nephews, sons and long time staff some of whom have been with the company over 30 years. As the company continues to expand its reach across Arizona, Rito's will always remain committed to providing the same great tasting Mexican Food that Arizona has come to love with the freshest ingredients and friendly customer service.
