About Rockito Bandito's Ice Cream:  

Apparently holiday gifts can turn into much much more.  Their daughter asked for an ice cream maker in 2020.  It seemed like a good idea...a little bonding time, some learning, some creativity, something to share with friends, and a whole lot of ice cream for them!  After a little trial and error, they started to consistently make ice cream that was better (our 100% biased opinion) than any they've ever had.  Fast forward to early 2024 and combine a little foolishness, a lot of money, delays, and a willingness to take a shot at something they believe in and want to share.  The end result, Rockito Bandito's Ice Cream opened on August 29, 2025.  It's named aptly after their two furry kids because it rhymed, it's unique, and why not?
