Non-Profit Committee

Non-Profit Committee

Tuesday, June 11, 2024 (4:00 PM - 5:00 PM) (MST)

Description

All Chamber members are invited to join us in the ongoing work to maximize the impact of the non-profit community within Mesa. Guest speakers share information each month, and attendees are encouraged to network for opportunities to support each other's work.

As summer sets in, the Non-Profit Vitality Council would like to welcome corporations, business owners, non-profits and individuals to learn about two "hot" programs who help some of the most vulnerable in our community.

Delmar Algee, Human Service Administrator for the City of Mesa will share the details of a city program to help the homeless and vulnerable get out of the heat.

Nicole Pogue, Executive Director from the Azura Veteran's Coalition will speak about their commitment to providing a comprehensive range of services to support the diverse needs of veterans and their families.

We are also reserving time to get feedback from the membership on the mission and objectives of the Non-Profit Vitality Council. Our incoming co-chairs Annette Sellers & David Scott, and staff liaison Christine Terrell want to hear from you!

Register today to join the conversation and see what action can be taken.
