Beyond Networking: Becoming a Connector

As we close out the 2026 Women’s Business Connection luncheon series, we’re taking networking one step further.

Last year, we challenged attendees to identify the two or three “whales”; those big opportunities, clients, partnerships, or goals they would love to land. But those opportunities can take time. So what are you doing to continue growing your business while you wait?

This interactive luncheon will focus on building stronger, more intentional relationships that create opportunities now while keeping your larger goals in sight.

Together, we’ll explore how to:

• Build while you wait: Continue pursuing your big opportunities while creating business and momentum along the way.
• Make one-to-ones more meaningful: Move beyond surface-level conversations and learn how to ask better questions that lead to stronger professional relationships.
• Become a connector: Knowing a lot of people is valuable, but understanding who should know each other — and making those introductions — is what turns a network into a resource.

Attendees will also have an opportunity to reflect on their own goals, everyday pipeline, strongest connectors, and the introductions they can make for others.

Our goal is for everyone to leave our final luncheon of 2026 with stronger connections, practical tools, and a clearer idea of how to intentionally grow their network and their business heading into 2027.

Following the event, we’ll also be sending out a brief survey to gather your feedback on the 2026 Women’s Business Connection luncheon series. Your thoughts are incredibly valuable as we look ahead to 2027 and consider how we can continue improving the experience, topics, and overall programming for our attendees.
