Event Focus: A Lot to Unpack: Releasing the emotions tied to the clutter by Emily Guderian. 

This luncheon will explore the emotional side of clutter, why we hold on to certain belongings, the feelings and stories attached to them, and how those attachments can keep us feeling stuck. Emily will share how releasing the emotional weight behind our “stuff” can create more than an organized space; it can create clarity, peace, freedom, and room for what’s next.

Through her unique approach combining professional organizing with emotional release work, Emily will help us look beyond simply getting rid of things and discover what it really means to let go, make space, and move forward.

About Emily Guderian:

Emily Guderian is a professional organizer, Emotional Release Facilitator and founder of Built to Be Visible. Based in Gilbert, Arizona. Emily transforms homes and the lives of the people who live there by addressing both the outer clutter in a space and the inner clutter of unresolved emotions.

Unlike traditional organizers, Emily blends practical systems of organization with emotional and energetic release work and tools to help clients break free from the cycle of clutter for good.
