For over 20 years she has been specializing in developing programs that assist companies and organizations in retaining and growing their people. From organizational development, to training, recognition programs and incentive trips, Sue focuses on the people within the organization, believing that their increased confidence inspires and motivates them and those around them. KTP has worked with startups to those generating millions a month in revenue. She has a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science that took her over 35 years to complete as she was busy earning her degree in life.
