Kerry is an accomplished executive with experience in strategic assessments and implementation in operations, P&L oversight, hiring, training and development, and marketing. She is a results-oriented, decisive leader with proven success in owning and operating a multi-million-dollar business. Kerry has a track record of increasing sales and transactions and growing the bottom line while spearheading operational improvements to drive productivity and reduce costs. Kerry excels in dynamic and demanding environments while remaining pragmatic and focused.

Kerry previously owned and operated a McDonald’s franchise, has served as a Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central and Northern Arizona Board Member and an Executive Board Member, Co-Chaired the McNight Gala, and is now a proud and dedicated employee of the House who has an unyielding passion for the Mission. She considers it an honor to work for and be a part of something bigger than herself.

Kerry has been married to her husband Brian for 27 years. Together they have three children; 20- year-old fraternal twins who are in college and an 18-year old son who is a senior in high school. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, travel, movies, and spending time with family and friends

We are partnering with Over-Flo Missions and asking attendees to bring/donate a personal hygiene product in order to promote and support feminine hygiene in honor of women's equality. 
Over-Flo Missions works with other organizations in the effort to minimize the effects of homelessness by providing supplies and resources that help individuals and families reestablish their lives.

The Women's Business Connection is a member driven initiative to create an event to benefit women business owners or women team members. Our goal is to have speakers that will offer educational, useful information that is applicable in professional and/or personal growth.
