Mather Bros is seeking a dedicated Route Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products along designated routes while representing the professionalism and reliability our customers expect. This is a full-time position for candidates with a Class A CDL and a minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to deliver products to various locations
• Load and unload goods from the vehicle
• Ensure accurate and timely deliveries
• Maintain delivery records and obtain necessary signatures
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety procedures

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Previous delivery driver or route experience preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
• Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, invoicing, and route delivery systems preferred
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is a plus
