Welcome to Towerpoint, a 55+ RV Park in Mesa, Arizona, your gateway to a vibrant resort community. They offer a variety of lot rentals that can accommodate most RV’s, Motorhomes, and Travel Trailers.  Towerpoint is also home to many of the events that are a part of the Cal-Am Concert Series, and very close to their Lifestyle University classroom that hosts several educational and exciting classes throughout the season.

At Towerpoint, they pride ourselves on providing amenities and activities for every interest. For those who love the water, they have an Olympic-sized swimming pool and an outdoor therapy spa—both next to their famous Cactus Grill! They also have an RC track, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, and so much more!  Whether you prefer the sunny outdoors to explore or an indoor craft group, there’s something wonderful for you at Towerpoint.
