Press Release

Mesa, Ariz. – Pawsitive Friendships will host its 11th Annual REV’D UP for Autism Car Show and Resource Fair on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 7729 E. Pecos Rd., Mesa, AZ 85212. The free, family-friendly event brings together car enthusiasts, local organizations, and the community to raise funds for adaptive pet therapy programs serving individuals with special needs across Maricopa County and Tucson.

Pawsitive Friendships currently provides services to more than 2,800 children and adults with special needs through special education classrooms and day programs for adults with developmental disabilities. The event raises awareness and funding to expand these programs, strengthening inclusion, communication, and skill development.

The event features:

  • All-makes and models car, truck, and motorcycle show
  • Special needs resource fair
  • Therapy animal teams
  • Kid zone activities
  • Photos with Santa
  • DJ, food trucks, raffles and a 50/50 drawing

“We’re excited to bring REV’D UP for Autism back to Mesa for its 11th year and welcome thousands of people from across the Valley,” said Tosha Tharp-Gaitanis, founder and CEO of Pawsitive Friendships. “Beyond the cars and family activities, this event gives our community an opportunity to come together, learn about resources, and help ensure individuals with special needs have access to programs that help them grow, connect and thrive.”

Pre-registration for car show entries is open through Nov. 14. The entry fee is $25 and includes a dash plaque and event T-shirt. After Nov. 14, registration is $30 and includes a dash plaque only, while supplies last. Opportunities are also available for sponsorships, resource fair vendors and volunteers.
