Pawsitive Friendships animal assisted therapy provides pet therapy dogs and other animals to children with special needs, allowing them the opportunity to build animal-human friendships, while simultaneously working on individual therapy goals. Pawsitive strives to improve and strengthen the skills and character traits of each child, so they will have the confidence needed to achieve their personal goals. Pawsitive wants to help children improve in the areas of physical, social, emotional, self-regulation and motivation with the assistance of animals.
